Who receives your message
The form is operated by SugarPulse LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, UAE. Formation No. 2323734, License No. 2323734.01. Enquiries are emailed to Oleg Pogozhev, coordinator of the SP Science initiative, at a Gmail mailbox for review and response.
What we collect and why
We receive your name, email, selected topic, message and, if provided, your organisation or field of work. We use this information to review your proposal, reply and discuss collaboration. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where processing takes place
The form is processed on RU-CENTER hosting in Russia. Your message is sent by email to Gmail (Google); the recipient acts on behalf of a company in the UAE. This involves processing across countries. Please submit only if you agree to this arrangement.
Technical information and protection
The website uses HTTPS. A temporary essential cookie validates submissions, and a hash of the network address is used to limit repeated requests without recording the message content. The hosting provider may also keep technical access logs. No separate public database of enquiries is created on the website.
Your choices
Please do not submit medical records, information about children, passwords or confidential materials. Correspondence is retained in email to handle the enquiry. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by replying to our email or selecting “My personal data” in the form. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already taken place.
